Tactise invented Risk Control, a risk management behavior-based system in the field of HSE, operational excellence and process safety. Risk management is a stage in the development of a safety culture in an enterprise and the transition to conscious performance of work based on existing risks.
The objective of Risk Control is to identify all the risks at the enterprise at the places of their occurrence, minimize possible risks and inform the process participants about the residual risks and measures for safe operation. As a result, unsafe behavior and other factors leading to incidents are reduced.
Risk management cycle includes:
-Identification of hazards and risks
-Risk assessment and determination of risk management level
-Development of measures to control and minimize risks
-Implementation of measures at all levels: from workers to company management
-Taken measures monitoring and revision
